High flying clouds
Downed to earth
Landing with thuds—

Alternate ego of fluffy stuff;

Flipside of Silver Lining;

The way of the sky
Raining in its drifters
Becoming precipitous
Just before the floods…

Call our Noahs
If we wish—
Awaken them
Before the storms;
But the earth seems content
With dreaming—
And to flow until it’s gone…
