"Ignorance And Bliss" (by Joe DiMino)

Dry, the thought entered my mind
That I had already
Written about everything…
Then I realized the obvious—
Not everything!
So I began with nothing
From where everything
Came—at least from where
I think I was
And what I remember
Before everything.
Ended of course
With everything—a short work;
Somehow unable
To determine a definitive middle-me
Along the way.
Then I decided finally,
Ignorance is everything but bliss,
And everything
When knowing
Ones own….
