The world is not
So big;
Yet distances seem
On forever,
And with all the
Voices, the many of earth
And sky,
Chatter of the species
Also a silence profound;

The world is not is
Not so big: and shaped
Enough to be called
Round; yet love keeps
Passing too many by;
And when it comes to
Life’s stories
More of tears are
Bound….
