My Easter Prayer
God grant me that this day may be
A joyous, Holy day for me
Let me not forget the price he paid
The sacrifice Your Son has made
That ransomed sinners every one
And so I pray till this day is done
That I glorify His holy name
And encourage others to do the same
As with love and fellowship we spend
This glorious day knowing at its end
That Faith and Hope have been restored
By the Love of our newly risen Lord
