"Riches To Spare" (by Joe DiMino)

I’ve known wealthy men
With poverty of spirit—

And men of modest means
Having riches to spare—

No greater abundance
Than the treasure of love,
To acquire
Needing only
With capacity
To share;

I recall the camel
And the needle’s eye—
More inclined
To give
Before buy—
