Snake and Man(by Joe DiMino)
Snake and Man
An affinity
Flicking the air,
Probing with senses
The chemical tastes,
Mans tongue
Open-ended
Split between right
And wrong
There, the difference:
Snake a soulless instinct,
Ours
A damnable choice
.
