So little is really known
As we rely more on feel;
Rely on what we sense
From our five ways—
I cannot see the air
Yet I am touched
By its presence—wind-breath
Moving me…I adjust
For my own direction;
Funnels of leaves
And ravens’ wings aloft
Know nothing of the science
Though the currents are there,
Proof in the guiding;
In fact, I am surer of faith
Then actuality…
Have learned to trust more
Much of what
Is beyond reason…
