"That I Am" (by Joe DiMino)

Of this world of You
Compelled
I inhale your atmosphere—
Expelling life-force,
A mysterious lyric nature—

Responding to innate Singing,
Pushed along the surface of you
And through the depths
I am dawn
Then ripeness—

Followed by recycling madness,
Elevating fear of perishing
Into new birth
And miraculous discover—

I have become intimate
With there, here and now
While sensing being part
Of here-beyond;

Feel loved
And hated all in the
Same once eternity—

Imagining at least for certain

That I am?
