"Where Does a Smile Begin?" by Joe DiMino

at the tip of a tickly nose
or somewhere closer toes
bottoms of the feets
a plate of chocolate sweets
a wink of the eye
a playful little sigh
a feather at the thigh
oh my oh my oh my

should never keep one in
no matter where its been
oh try oh try oh try
smiles into laughter can
fly….

(oh lie oh lie oh lie
before saying anything
that would make
a smile cry)
